I know its far, but St.Annes has a lot of potential! Great boardwalk and nice views, other than the cegep kids running around this little town holds a lot of history.
One restaurant that i simply adore is Cafe Herbs. Situated on 142 Rue Ste-Anne Ste Anne.
A small cozy little cafe with amazing home made food. It seriously feels like your right at home when you walk in. The kitchen is open with a great terrace, and dont get me started on the organic bread!
I usually order the tuna melt but they have a variety of foods

Its definitely the place to eat if your ever in the area and looking for some organic home made cookin!

Ladies this ones for you... Period!

 The other day, as i endured the montly burden, us women have become so immune to for years. I started reading the back of my tampon box, i was completely dumbfounded when Cotton was not the only ingredient found in my tampons!
Ive been taught that if you cant understand the words on the back of the box, research it!

  And so i did.
